This 10-day journey offers a complete and unforgettable exploration of Tibet’s most iconic landscapes and cultural treasures.

From the sacred city of Lhasa to the ancient towns of Gyantse and Shigatse, and onward to the breathtaking heights of Mt. Everest Base Camp, each day reveals a new layer of the plateau’s beauty. You’ll cross the vast northern grasslands, witness the shimmering expanse of Seling Tso, stand before the majestic Giant Elephant Gate of Namtso, and travel through some of the most inspiring scenery on earth.

Shigatse to Seling Tso to Bange

Day 1: Arrival in Lhasa

Upon your arrival in the sacred city of Lhasa, our warm and friendly staff will greet you with a traditional Hada offering, symbolizing a gesture of goodwill. A one-hour drive will bring you to your selected accommodation within the city. Take it easy and allow yourself time to acclimatize to the high altitude, ensuring a comfortable start to your remarkable journey in Lhasa.

Day 2: Lhasa City Tour

Embark on a cultural odyssey with a visit to the revered Drepung Monastery, an iconic Tibetan Buddhist site steeped in tradition.

In the afternoon, immerse yourself in the vibrant debates at Sera Monastery, where monks engage in spirited discussions, accompanied by enthusiastic hand-clapping and animated arguments.

Please note that a welcome dinner, hosted in a Tibetan restaurant, is planned either on this day or the next.
