Welcome to Asia Wonder Tours! We are thrilled to help you craft your dream Asia adventure. These Terms and Conditions outline the essential details regarding our services and your responsibilities as our client.

1.     Booking and Payment:

  • A deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking. The total tour cost is to be deposited upon commitment of the tour, this deposit is non-refundable. This amount will be paid by credit card (Our Travel Consultant will send you the link to pay online) and is required to confirm your booking. Where deposits and advance payments are required from contractors/third parties, these will also be invoiced to the client for payment. This will be required for Mekong Walk to secure services from contractors/third parties. Pre-payment procedures during high/peak seasons may also vary, depending on the accommodation policy to guarantee the booking. Mekong Walk Tour will inform you accordingly about this for each case.
  • The remaining balance of the tour price (70%) will be settled within 15 days before your departure date.
  • Children under 12 years are generally granted a reduction of up to 30% of the land tour, and 25% of airfare, provided that they are accompanied by at least two full-paying adults and stay in the same room. An extra bed is fully charged as an adult.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. However, once your booking is confirmed, the price will be locked in.
  • We accept payment by Credit Card such as Visa Card, Master Card, and Bank Transfer.

2. Itinerary Customization:

  • We offer personalized itineraries tailored to your interests and preferences.
  • You will receive a detailed itinerary outlining your chosen modules or itinerary.
  • We will include additional recommendations to enhance your experience in Asia.
  • Feel free to request adjustments to your itinerary. We will gladly make changes to ensure it perfectly suits your needs.

3. Cancellations and Changes:

  • Cancellation fees will apply depending on the timeframe before your departure date (see cancellation policy for details).
  • All cancellations must be received in writing and sent to us via email or messenger. The following rules apply for cancellations:
    *More than (21) days and less than (30) days before departure: The total deposit paid to us (30% of the Tour value) for the administrative fee under canceling advanced arrangements, will be valid for one (1) year from the date the deposit was received. During this time (365 days) the amount can be applied to other tours and services. After one (1) year the deposit amount is forfeited.
    *14-21 days before departure: 50% of the total value of the trip charged, due to hotel charges for no-shows and organizing fees.
    *Within 7-14 days before departure: 100% of the total charged.
    *No-Show: 100% of total charge.
  • Unused services: No refunds or exchanges can be made concerning accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport, or any other services, included in the tour price, but not utilized by the tour members. Travel documents will be compiled after the deposit has been received and are sent two or three weeks prior to departure. These documents will be sent via email and should be printed out by participants and retained as a receipt.
  • Responsibility – All possible care is taken to ensure that our suppliers maintain the highest possible standards. However, we are not responsible in any way for problems, however, they arise, that result from the booking of services we do not directly control. Asia Wonder Tours, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, servants, or agents shall not be responsible or become liable in contract or tort for any injury, damage, loss, delay to person or property, additional expenses, or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly due to any events beyond our control.
  • Any changes to your booking after confirmation may incur additional fees.

4. Travel Documents and Insurance:

  • It is your responsibility to ensure you have all necessary travel documents, including a valid passport and any required visas.
  • We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself in case of unforeseen circumstances.

5. Disclaimer of Liability:

  • We act as an agent for various travel service providers (hotels, airlines, etc.). We are not responsible for their actions or omissions.
  • We are not liable for any delays, cancellations, or other disruptions caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, or political unrest).

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

  • These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of Cambodia.
  • Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be settled in the courts of Cambodia.

7. Acceptance:

  • By booking with Asia Wonder Tours, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

8. Validity:

  • This information is valid at the time of publication but is subject to change without prior notice. However, should any changes occur, they will be posted on the website immediately. However, should the Terms and Conditions change after the deposit is paid, the Terms and Conditions under which the deposit was paid shall apply.
