Day Tour - A Livelihood & Colonial Cycle Adventure
We’ll start at 8:30 am. Pick up from your hotel in Battambang. Then start Cycle Through the Countryside: Hop on a comfortable bicycle and embark on a delightful journey through the picturesque Battambang countryside. As you cycle, stop and interact with local families who share their traditional ways of life. Witness firsthand the production of Cambodian staples like rice paper, dried bananas, and sticky rice, all prepared using methods passed down through generations. Then next stop will be riding to Bamboo Train Station: Buckle up for a thrilling ride on the legendary Bamboo Train! This ingenious local invention features a platform made of bamboo placed on railway tracks. Propel yourselves along the scenic countryside, offering breathtaking views of rice paddies and lush landscapes. Imagine a rollercoaster ride through rural Cambodia – minus the loops!
Lunch: Local Delights: Enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant (Not Included), savoring some of Battambang's specialties and refueling for the afternoon's adventure.
