Day by Day Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Dali

Meals: None

Our Chinese-speaking driver will pick you up at Dali Fengyi Airport (scheduled times) and transfer you to your hotel for overnight stay.

Accommodation: Dali

Day 2: Dali Cultural Exploration

Meals: Breakfast

At 08:30 am, meet your tour guide at the hotel and depart for the following attractions:

Xizhou Town: Experience the traditional Bai-style architectural courtyards and enjoy the Three-course Tea Ceremony, a traditional Bai hospitality ritual.

Zhoucheng Village: Visit a local Tie Dye Workshop and learn to create your own tie-dye artwork.

Erhai Lake Ecological Corridor: Explore by sightseeing battery car along the scenic lake.

Dali Old Town: Wander through the Foreigners’ Street, Ancient City Wall, and Gate Tower.

Return to your hotel after the day’s activities.

Day 3: Dali to Shangri-La

Meals: Breakfast

After breakfast, drive to Shangri-La (approximately 3.5 hours) and visit the famous attractions:

Pudacuo National Park: Explore the well-preserved landscape featuring beautiful lakes, primeval forests, vast meadows, and streams.

Dukezong Ancient Town: Stroll through the historic town and climb Guishan Hill to see the Grand Prayer Wheel and enjoy panoramic views of Shangri-La.

Check in to your hotel and rest for the evening.
