This 4-day tour balances Chengdu's urban charms with Sichuan's extraordinary heritage: the world's largest Buddha at Leshan, Jinli Ancient Street, People's Park teahouse, and more.

Day-by-Day Itinerary

Day 1:

Arrival & Panda Base. Airport pickup. Morning: Panda Base at 8 AM — pandas most active. See pandas of all ages including cubs. Lunch: first Sichuan cuisine. Afternoon: People's Park & Heming Teahouse — sip jasmine tea, watch mahjong. Evening: Sichuan opera face-changing show.

Day 2:

Leshan Giant Buddha. Full-day to Leshan (2 hours). Cruise to the 71m Buddha at the confluence of three rivers. Tour Lingyun Temple atop the cliff. Lunch of Leshan specialties. Return to Chengdu. Evening: authentic Chengdu hotpot.

Day 3:

Cooking Class & Ancient Streets. Morning: market tour + Sichuan cooking class — master 3-4 classic dishes. Enjoy your creations for lunch! Afternoon: Jinli Ancient Street and Wuhou Shrine (Three Kingdoms). Evening free.

Day 4:

Wenshu Temple & Departure. Morning: Wenshu Monastery — Chengdu's best-preserved Buddhist temple. Vegetarian lunch. Antique shops. Last bowl of dandan noodles. Afternoon departure.
