Day-by-Day Itinerary

Day 1:

Arrival & The Bund at Dusk. Airport pickup. Late afternoon Bund walk. Cross by ferry to Pudong. Shanghai Tower as the city lights up. Welcome dinner in a 1930s Art Deco building.

Day 2:

Old Meets New. Morning tai chi at Fuxing Park. French Concession — lane houses, artisan coffee, Tianzifang arts enclave. Yu Garden and Shanghai Old City. Propaganda Poster Art Centre. Evening Chinese cooking class in a lane house.

Day 3:

Water Town & History. Morning: Zhujiajiao Water Town — ancient bridges, gondola ride, canal-side teahouses. Lunch of river specialties. Afternoon: Jewish Refugee Museum in Hongkou — 20,000+ Jewish refugees found sanctuary here during WWII. Evening free for Shanghai's cocktail scene.

Day 4:

Morning Markets & Departure. Visit a local wet market — the real Shanghai morning ritual. Street breakfast. Last stroll through the French Concession. Airport transfer.
