Day-by-Day Itinerary

Day 1:

Arrival & Pandas. Airport pickup. Afternoon visit to Beijing Zoo to see giant pandas. Explore the Beijing Aquarium (largest inland aquarium in China). Easy evening with family-friendly dinner.

Day 2:

Great Wall Day. Early start to Mutianyu. Cable car up, walk the Wall for 1-2 hours. The highlight: toboggan slide down! Lunch at a farmhouse. Evening: optional acrobatics show (kid-friendly).

Day 3:

Imperial Beijing for Kids. Kid-friendly Forbidden City tour with dragon and emperor stories (2 hours, no long walks). Peking opera mask painting workshop. Rickshaw ride through hutongs. Evening dumpling-making with a family.

Day 4:

Kites, Temples & Farewell. Morning at Temple of Heaven park — fly kites with local families. Visit a traditional kite shop. Final lunch together. Afternoon transfer to airport/train.
