Airport pickup at Lombok International Airport. Drive to your resort in Senggigi. Afternoon at leisure — pool or beach. Evening sunset dinner with views across the Lombok Strait toward Bali’s Mount Agung.

Full-day exploration of Lombok’s interior. Visit Sendang Gile and Tiu Kelep waterfalls in the foothills of Mount Rinjani — the second-tallest volcano in Indonesia. Swim in the cool mountain pools. Afternoon visit to a traditional Sasak village: learn about the unique architecture of their rice-barn-shaped houses.

Drive to South Lombok. Visit the breathtaking viewpoints over Kuta Lombok’s crescent bays (not to be confused with Kuta Bali). Afternoon surf lesson at Selong Belanak, one of Indonesia’s best beginner beaches. Stop at Tanjung Aan’s twin bays with their peppercorn-like sand.

Morning boat transfer to Gili Trawangan — a car-free paradise where bicycles and horse-drawn carts are the only transport. Check in to your beachfront bungalow. Afternoon cycling around the island (takes ~45 minutes). Evening sunset at the famous ocean swings on the west coast.

Full-day island-hopping by private boat. Snorkel with sea turtles at Gili Meno’s Turtle Point. Visit the underwater statues at Gili Meno. Continue to Gili Air for lunch at a beachfront cafe. More snorkeling at coral gardens between the islands. Return to Gili Trawangan for sunset.
