Full day: climb Hallasan (1,947m) โ€” the shield volcano at the heart of Jeju. Take the Seongpanak Trail (9.6km, 4-5 hours one way) through ancient forests to Baengnokdam Crater Lake at the summit. Panoramic views of the entire island. Descend via Gwaneumsa Trail for variety. Overnight in Seogwipo.

Day 3: Olle Trails & Eastern Wonders

Morning sunrise at Seongsan Ilchulbong (UNESCO) โ€” climb the 182m volcanic tuff cone with its perfect bowl-shaped crater. Afternoon: walk sections of the famous Jeju Olle Trails โ€” a 437km network of coastal walking paths. Seopjikoji โ€” the dramatic cape with lighthouse, canola fields, and the iconic hilltop house. Day 4: Haenyeo โ€” Women of the Sea

Morning at Hado Beach to watch the Jeju Haenyeo (UNESCO Intangible Heritage) โ€” grandmother free-divers who plunge 10-20 meters without oxygen tanks to harvest abalone, conch, and seaweed. Visit the Haenyeo Museum. Afternoon: Bijarim Forest โ€” a mystical forest of 2,800 nutmeg yew trees, some 800+ years old. Woljeongri Beach โ€” turquoise water, white sand, and trendy beachfront cafes. Overnight in Jeju City.

Day 5: Western Jeju & Tea Culture

Drive to western Jeju. O’Sulloc Tea Museum โ€” Korea’s largest green tea plantation with stunning views of the fields. Hallim Park โ€” botanical gardens with subtropical plants, lava caves, and bonsai. Hyeopjae Beach โ€” crystal-clear emerald water with Biyangdo Island on the horizon. Day 6: Depart Jeju
